Delivery and payment

How it works

01 · Poznań only We deliver within Poznań and nowhere else. The trip is short, so the flowers arrive fresh.

02 · Your order We buy the flowers against your specific order, straight from the wholesale market — which is why the earliest delivery is the next day.

03 · Day and time At checkout you pick a delivery day from the calendar and one of three windows: 8:00-12:00, 12:00-16:00 or 16:00-20:00.

Payment

You pay when you order — BLIK, card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payments are handled by Shopify Payments; we never store your card details.

Substitutions

Flowers are seasonal and alive. If something runs out, we replace it with the closest match in colour and style, so the arrangement keeps its character. If you'd rather we didn't substitute anything, say so in the order comment and we'll call you instead.
