Frequently asked questions

Where do you deliver? Within Poznań only. We don't go outside the city — the flowers would spend too long in transit.

When will I get my order? The next day at the earliest. We buy at the wholesale market against specific orders, so we don't keep stock on hand. You choose the day and the time window yourself at checkout.

What's the difference between a set and a bouquet? A set is a matched selection of flowers. You can take it as a box — flowers packed separately for you to arrange yourself (+10 zł) — or as a bouquet, which we arrange for you, ready to hand over (+30 zł).

What if one of the flowers isn't available? We replace it with the closest match in colour and style. If you'd rather we called you when that happens, say so in the order comment.

How long do the flowers last? It depends on the variety — we say what to expect on each product page. The general rule: trim the stems, clean water, changed daily, away from sunlight and fruit.

Can I order something that isn't on the site? Yes. Write to us — we'll put something together for your budget and occasion.

How does a gift card work? You buy and pay for it like flowers, and it arrives by email. It can cover an order in full or in part — whatever is left stays on the card for next time.
