Privacy policy

2. What we collect

  • Order data: name, delivery address, phone number, email, the text of any order comment.
  • Payment data: handled by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. The shop does not store card numbers.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, cookies - as described in section 6.
  • The email address subscribed to the newsletter, if the buyer consented.

  • Hetzner Online GmbH - the server the shop runs on (hosting).
  • Stripe Payments Europe Ltd - payment processing.
  • Sendinblue SAS (Brevo) - sending e-mail.
  • Google - visit statistics, if enabled.
  • Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. - measuring how well ads on Instagram and Facebook work (Meta Pixel), only after consent to marketing cookies. Data may be transferred to the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. With that consent our server also reports a paid order (Conversions API): the email address and telephone number as a hash (SHA-256, which cannot be read back), the IP address and the browser identifier. Without consent we send nothing.

A newsletter address - until consent is withdrawn.

6. Cookies

The shop uses cookies necessary for the cart and for signing in, and - after consent - statistical and marketing cookies. Consent can be changed or withdrawn at any time in the cookie banner settings.

The marketing cookie is the Meta Pixel: it tells Meta that someone who saw an ad viewed a product, added it to the basket or paid for an order, so that the ads can be measured. Without consent it is not loaded. Consent can be changed or withdrawn at any time through the “Cookie settings” link at the foot of every page.
