1. Data controller

2. What we collect
- Order data: name, delivery address, phone number, email, the text of any order comment.
- Payment data: handled by Shopify Payments (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd). The shop does not store card numbers.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, cookies — as described in section 6.
- The email address subscribed to the newsletter, if the buyer consented.

4. Who we share it with
- Shopify Inc. — the shop platform (hosting, order processing).
- Shopify Payments / Stripe Payments Europe Ltd — payment processing.
- {{DOSTAWCA — Uber lub własna dostawa}} — the data needed to deliver.
- Google — visit statistics, if enabled.
5. How long we keep it
Order data — for the limitation period for claims, {{OKRES}}. A newsletter address — until consent is withdrawn.
6. Cookies
The shop uses cookies necessary for the cart and for signing in, and — after consent — statistical and marketing cookies. Consent can be changed or withdrawn at any time in the cookie banner settings.
