Terms of sale — {{ADRES SKLEPU}}

Informational translation. The binding version is the Polish one — Regulamin, at {{ADRES SKLEPU}}/pages/regulamin. Where the two differ, the Polish text applies. The contract is governed by Polish law (§11).

§1. The seller

The seller is {{IMIĘ NAZWISKO}}, {{ADRES}}, email {{E-MAIL}}, phone {{TELEFON}}.

§2. What is sold

The shop sells cut flowers, flower sets and gift cards. Flowers are bought against specific orders.

§3. Placing an order

1. Orders are placed through {{ADRES SKLEPU}}, by adding products to the cart and completing the order form.
2. When ordering, the buyer chooses a delivery day and a time window.
3. The contract is concluded when the seller confirms the order to the email address given by the buyer.

§4. Prices and payment

1. All prices are in Polish złoty and are final.

3. Payment is made in advance, at the time of ordering, through Shopify Payments: BLIK, payment card, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
4. Payment may also be made with a gift card, in full or in part.

§5. Delivery

1. Delivery is made within Poznań only.
2. The earliest delivery date is the day after the order is placed.
3. Delivery takes place in one of three windows: 8:00-12:00, 12:00-16:00, 16:00-20:00.

§6. Substitutions

Flowers are a seasonal product. If a particular flower is unavailable, the seller will replace it with the closest match in colour and style, keeping the character and the value of the arrangement. The buyer may refuse substitutions in the order comment, in which case the seller will make contact before fulfilling the order.

§7. Withdrawal from the contract

1. {{DO POTWIERDZENIA PRZEZ PRAWNIKA}} Under art. 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to goods that spoil quickly or have a short shelf life — a category that includes cut flowers and arrangements made from them.
2. The 14-day right of withdrawal does apply to the purchase of a gift card, provided it has not been used.

§8. Complaints

1. Complaints are submitted to {{E-MAIL}}, no later than {{TERMIN}} after delivery, with photographs attached.
2. The seller answers a complaint within 14 days.
3. If the complaint is upheld, the seller replaces the flowers or refunds the amount paid.

§9. Gift cards

1. A gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
2. A card may be used in full or in part; any remaining balance stays on the card.
3. Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

§11. Final provisions

Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
