Cut flowers and arrangements

Cut flowers are goods that spoil quickly, so under art. 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to them.

That does not mean you are left with the problem.

Making a complaint

If the flowers arrived damaged, wilted or not as ordered:

1. Photograph them straight after delivery.
2. Write to {{E-MAIL}} within {{TERMIN}} of delivery, attaching the photos and the order number.
3. We answer within 14 days.

If the complaint is justified, we either replace the flowers with fresh ones or refund what you paid — your choice.

What a complaint does not cover

• flowers fading naturally within the span normal for the variety,
• substitutions made under §6 of the Terms of sale, where the colour, style and value of the arrangement were preserved,
• {{szkód powstałych po dostawie / do uzupełnienia}}.

Gift cards

A gift card is not a perishable good, so the ordinary right of withdrawal applies: you may cancel within 14 days of purchase, provided the card has not been used. Write to {{E-MAIL}}.
