Delivery and payment

How it works

01 · Poznań only We deliver within Poznań and nowhere else. The trip is short, so the flowers arrive fresh.

02 · Day and time At checkout you pick a delivery day from the calendar and one of three windows: 8:00-12:00, 12:00-16:00 or 16:00-20:00. We are closed on Sundays: an order placed on Saturday or Sunday is delivered on Monday at the earliest.

Delivery cost

Delivery within Poznań costs 30,00 zł.

Payment

You pay when you order - BLIK, card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never store your card details.

Substitutions

Flowers are seasonal and alive. If something runs out, we replace it with the closest match in colour and style, so the arrangement keeps its character. If you'd rather we didn't substitute anything, say so in the order comment and we'll call you instead.
